Summary:
Rowing boat tectonics + athletic body gestures were dissected into gestural diagrams. These were than translated into bug models. Ten configuration were considered and superimposed into the Florida landscape. An observatory, indoor + outdoor gym, office and boat storage was introduced into the ground articulation and building mass.
The ritual starts at the boat storage facility, the first encounter is the line of tree that divide the land from the water. Onces the rowers pass the oak threshold, they are offer a dock for disembarking the land and embarking the water. At the end of the dock, an observatory creates the end point. visitors are offer a place for viewing the sport of rowing.
